Behind the scenes

Most people who know about Kerala would know about Kathakali, the traditional dance form in the state. It is recognised as an art form that has one of the most heaviest makeup and all that colours that you find on an artists face is made from natural material. 
A Kathakali event organised by my family in Kerala gave me a unique chance to get a behind the scene experience with the artists and how you transform an artist into a mythological character.
